Got to draw Star Trek professionally for the first time. This is a variant cover for Star Trek Lower Decks #11, which comes out in September.
Resident Evils
Recently I’ve been doing more full color thumbnails/studies. It’s nice to not focus on the details but still end up with a realized vision for an illustration. Who knows if I’ll find the time to do finished versions of any of these, but time will tell.
Kai Winn
A quick drawing of Kai Winn from Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
Shran
Shran from Star Trek Enterprise.
Zero
Zero from Star Trek Prodigy
Queen
Queen of the Borg.
Sybok
Sybok from Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.
Gowron
Chancellor Gowron from Star Trek The Next Generation and Star Trek Deep Space Nine.
Jett Reno
Jett Reno from Star Trek Discovery.
Commander Bele
A drawing of Commander Bele from Star Trek The Original Series episode Let This Be Your Last Battlefield.
Section 31
A portrait of Rachel Garrett in Star Trek Section 31.
Bark
A quick self portrait of myself and my dog Toesy.
Dexter Morgan
Started rewatching Dexter again. Here’s some fan art I did a couple months.
Old Man Worf
It’s been awhile since I drew anything Star Trek for fun, so here’s Worf (again) from Picard Season 3.
Graphic Novel Pitch - Black Inc
Was asked to draw a pitch for a comic written by Chris Robinson about Orrin C Evans, an African American journalist who founded All Negro Comics in 1947. Although they were only able to publish a single issue, it was a hugely important, albeit mostly forgotten, part of comics history.
One of the few times I’ve worked to simplify my line art, backgrounds, and one color.
Resident Evil
I’ve been playing a bunch of Resident Evil games so I did a quick illustration of Leon from Resident Evil 4.
Raffi Musiker Portrait
Finished up an old sketch of Raffi Musiker from Star Trek Picard.
Data and Geordi Body Swap
Finally finished this lost episode of Star Trek The Next Generation idea I had. Data and Geordi experience a weird body swap because they messed with alien technology.
Spock and McCoy
Haven’t drawn anything Star Trek related in a while.
Goku
I’ve been watching Dragon Ball Z for the first time since since it was on Toonami.
